THE NU-VITALITY™ (HEALTHY) WEIGHT LOSS PROGRAM

The Nu-Vitality™ (Healthy) Weight Loss Program provides education for improving overall health while losing excess weight and body fat. Satisfied participants range from those who want to improve health, weight, sports performance, or family nutrition, to pregnant or nursing women. The program explores the three facets of weight management and a healthy body: nutrition, emotional health, and active living. It provides a foundation for informed food decisions for a healthier lifetime.

Participants can safely expect to lose 1 to 2 lbs of body fat per week over the ten-week period.

The Nu-Vitality™ Program is offered for one-hour per week over a 10 week period. Meetings are arranged at the group’s convenience, usually lunch hour, right at your location (company, school, or community centre). Each session includes:

  • A detailed 100-page information binder with program materials

  • Body fat & weight analysis

  • Presentation on the topic of the week

  • Q&A and group discussion

  • Individual diet and lifestyle support through a weekly written analysis of food and mood journals.

Program Overview:

Nutrition 101 - the importance of nutrients; How food impacts health & energy; Understanding food labels, portion control, etc.

The Digestive System - lose weight, increase energy and absorb nutrients better by improving digestive system functioning.

Around the Kitchen - “shopping smart” at the grocery store, cooking & recipe modification, eating out.

Emotional Eating - dealing with stress that leads to unhealthy eating.

Active Living – conveniently blending fitness into one’s lifestyle

What’s Eating You? – nutriceuticals, sodium, caffeine, etc.
